Staff Lunch

Thank you so much for generously donating your time to support our amazing teachers and staff at Horace Mann!  

Your contribution helps create a warm and appreciated atmosphere for the people who care for our kids every day. 

Here are a few helpful reminders to make the day go smoothly:

•  Budget = $325
•  Order enough food for 35-40 people (please include a gluten free option for at least 3 people)
•  Ask the vendor to process the order as tax exempt  (tax ID: 105-81184)
•   Email Kathy Wright (admin assistant) a few days before about when lunch is coming, where it’s from and who’s bringing it.
•  Delivery location: Teacher's Lounge (2nd Floor) via Main Entrance on Damon Ave.
•  Please plan to drop off food by 11:00am
•  Optional: Snap a pic! We love sharing the love in our newsletters or social media!

 Submit reimbursement receipts on Membership Toolkit under your Access Portal
